Different offices answer different questions. Use the Acadia Parish Sheriff for a parish booking or release, the Clerk for a criminal disposition, DPS&C for a state prisoner, and Lafayette District Probation and Parole for community supervision. APSO has not published a dedicated public-record request form, records hours, or copy-fee schedule. Ask the Sheriff for the accepted request method and a cost estimate before ordering copies.
